The company is offering free subscription to those users who already had free subscription of Jio Cinema or Disney Plus Hotstar. JioHotstar’s subscription plan starts at Rs 149.
Who will get free subscription?
Reliance Jio is also giving free subscription of its new OTT platform Jio Hotstar to many users. However, this is available only to those users who fulfill the terms and conditions of the company. Here we are giving you information about them in detail-
- You have a Disney+ Hotstar subscription
- JioCinema Subscriptions
- Mobile or broadband subscription plan
You have a Disney+ Hotstar subscription
Users who already had a subscription to Disney+ Hotstar are being offered a free subscription to JioHotstar. Along with this, users are being offered all the services that they get with their old subscription. In such a situation, if a user has only one month of subscription left, then he is getting a 1-month subscription of Jio Hotstar.

JioCinema Subscriptions
Like Disney Plus Hotstar, if a user has a monthly or annual subscription of JioCinema, then he is also getting a subscription of Jio Hotstar.

Users who get free subscription of Hotstar or Jio Cinema with their telecom plan – mobile or broadband – will continue to get Jio Hotstar subscription as before.
