IND vs ENG 5th T20 : India won the fifth T20 match against England by 150 runs. The entire England team collapsed within 100 runs.

India defeated England by 150 runs in the last T20 match on Sunday, in which Abhishek Sharma (135) stunned the England team with his century. On the basis of which India gave a target of 248 runs, in response to which England’s innings was reduced to 97 runs in 10.3 overs. Opener Phil Salt scored the most runs for England. He scored 55 runs in 23 balls with the help of 7 fours and 3 sixes. Jacob Bethell scored 10 runs, while eight players of England including captain Jos Buttler (7), Harry Brook (2) and Liam Livingstone (9) could not touch the double digit mark. Ban Duckett returned to the pavilion without opening his account. Mohammad Shami took the maximum three wickets for India. Varun Chakraborty, Shivam Dubey and Abhishek took two wickets each while Ravi Bishnoi took one wicket.

Before England batted, India scored 247 runs in the stipulated 20 overs after losing the toss. In which Abhishek Sharma scored a memorable century for India. He scored 135 runs in 54 balls with 7 fours and 13 sixes. This is the biggest T20 innings for India. Apart from him, Shivam Dubey contributed 30 and Tilak Verma contributed 24 runs. Sanju Samson and Axar Patel scored 16 and 15 runs respectively. Captain Suryakumar Yadav (2 ), Hardik Pandya (9) and Rinku Singh (9) did not reach double figures. For England, Brydon Carse took three wickets and Mark Wood took two wickets. Jofra Archer, Adil Rashid and Jamie Overton took one wicket each.
